The best approach is to dress in layers, depending on the season.

Boat trips on Lake Lugano are beautiful, but temperatures can drop quickly, and the same applies in the mountains. Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended.

An umbrella is advised in case of rain—even in summer, sudden evening storms can occur. Weather in the mountains can change rapidly, and at higher altitudes, encountering snow is normal even during the summer months.

Dressing in layers allows you to adjust to changing conditions and stay comfortable throughout your tour.
